The Empire Reach

The Empire Reach is comprised of two sections:

Empire Spur to Downtown

This segment is being carried forward by the Town of Empire.  The Town is currently evaluating additional alignment options.

Trail to Treatment Plant

This section has been designed to 95% but is currently being reevaluated based on possible future development projects.
